Questions
How much can you typically save?
It depends on the platform, and we won't promise a number before the Health Check. Industry surveys estimate that around 29% of cloud spend is wasted. Most savings come from architecture changes rather than query tuning.
How is the success fee calculated?
We agree a cost baseline before starting. At the end we compare the new monthly run-rate with the baseline, annualise the difference, and our fee is 25% of that first-year saving, capped at one times the base fee.
Do you work with our existing engineers?
Yes, and we prefer to. We pair with your team so the knowledge stays in-house.
